The Problem With Hearing God

Most people who say they cannot hear God are hearing plenty. The trouble is telling which voice is which.

Fear speaks. Old wounds speak. Your father speaks, decades after the conversation ended. The expectations of people whose approval you gave up on years ago still speak. All of it arrives in the same interior space, in something close to the same tone, and it can take a long time to sort out which thread is God and which is just noise wearing His coat.

Spiritelligence is the work of learning that difference.

What Spiritelligence Is

It is the spiritual guidance and coaching arm of Shepherd's Way Ministries. Guided conversation, prayer, Scripture, and reflection, aimed at one outcome: that you leave more able to recognize God's direction in your own life and more willing to trust it.

The work is practical. We look at the decision in front of you, the fear underneath it, and what God has already been saying that you have been talking yourself out of.

What Spiritelligence Is Not

It does not stand between you and God. Your relationship with Him is yours, and nobody else can have it for you. This work happens inside that relationship, not in place of it.

It is not therapy or clinical counseling. If something comes up that needs a licensed professional, we will say so and help you find one.

It is not fortune telling. Nobody here will tell you what is going to happen to you. The point is discernment, not prediction.

Who Comes to This Work

People at a crossroads who suspect God has an opinion and cannot make it out.

People who felt a call years ago, ran from it, and have never quite gotten free of it.

People carrying a decision that looks practical on the surface and is spiritual underneath.

People who are doing fine, by every visible measure, and know something is missing.

Kyle has been each of these. He ran from a call at sixteen and did not surrender to it until he was fifty-two. He is not guiding anyone through territory he has not walked himself.
